Licensing

License the MaxCorr™ process.Build and sell branded products.

TGG Technologies designs and develops practical corrugate technologies, then licenses them to producers. Licensed producers manufacture and sell branded products, including TuffCorr™ pallets, TuffTote™ combo totes, and RollStringer™ supports, using their own plants and customer relationships.

Our core platform is the patented MaxCorr™ process. It is the manufacturing technology behind the product line, not a product itself.

What a license includes

  • Access to the MaxCorr™ manufacturing process and related know-how for licensed products
  • Rights to manufacture and sell branded products under the license (TuffCorr™ pallets, TuffTote™ combo totes, RollStringer™ supports, and other licensed corrugate assemblies as agreed)
  • Technical support to integrate production into your corrugate operation
  • Marketing and sales support for licensed products
  • A royalty-based commercial structure (details in the agreement)

TGG develops the IP. You manufacture and sell. We do not ask you to invent the technology yourself.

Licensee qualifications

Strong fits typically share most of the following:

  • An operating corrugate plant, or a large pallet consumer
  • Ability to integrate MaxCorr™ production into existing converting capacity, plus custom equipment that scales with capacity needs. Lines scale by adding shifts or stations. TGG provides capacity modeling during evaluation.
  • Sales coverage in the territory you want to serve. Existing customers are a plus; willingness to grow MaxCorr™ product accounts is required
  • Quality and process discipline to meet agreed size, strength, and durability specs for licensed products (ISO, SQF, or BRCGS certification preferred)
  • For an exclusive regional license: capacity and commitment to supply that region; for available regions: a clear service footprint you can support
  • Interest in branded products (TuffCorr™ pallets, TuffTote™ combo totes, RollStringer™ supports, and other licensed assemblies) under a royalty-based agreement
  • A dedicated pallet lead or GM, with the product line run on a standalone P&L inside the licensee

How to get started

Who this is for

Corrugate and packaging producers who want to add high-performance, recyclable MaxCorr™ products without building the IP from scratch, and who can serve customers from their existing infrastructure.

Large pallet users and consumers with significant pallet spend are also a fit.

We evaluate each opportunity on fit, territory, and customer need. Contact us to talk through yours.
